Matthew has over 20 years’ experience in HVAC and building industry, the last 15 years with SEDA Services. Commencing as a site technician performing routine maintenance to overseeing large & complex design and construct HVAC projects as a project manager, Matthew then progressed to senior management of SEDA Services and appointed as a Director and became one of the Owners of SEDA Services in 2011. Matthew is currently serving his role as the Managing Director of SEDA Services and leading a large team of talented and highly skilled professionals. Matthew has been pivotal in growing the SEDA Services to the size that it is today, a testament of his commitment to the company and his mission to deliver exceptional projects and superior service to his customers.

Matthew has a dual role and serve as the Managing Director and one of the Owners of Tri Tech Refrigeration Australia, an industrial refrigeration business based in Sydney and Griffith acquired by Climatech Group in June 2022. Matthew successfully led the due diligence team and manage the entire process of the business acquisition from initial offer to settlement and now integration.
