Michael has over 20 years’ experience in HVAC service industry. Commencing as a service technician in 2010 and progressed to become Service Manager for SEDA Services in 2012. Michael is currently serving his role as the NSW Branch Manager – Services and responsible for leading a team of 30 people consisting of service apprentices, technicians, service coordinators, account managers and service special projects team. The service business has grown significantly, and the number of service technicians have more than doubled in the last few years under Michael’s leadership. Michael is also responsible for the development and delivery of comprehensive Service & Maintenance Programs as well as the design & delivery of refurbishment and retrofit projects.
Michael is highly driven and committed to develop and maintain strong relationships with all customers ensuring SEDA Services as the customer’s preferred HVAC service provider. In doing so, Michael devotes substantial time and resources to ensure that his team of service technicians are trained to the highest standard to carry out the mechanical installations and maintenance services of HVAC systems.
