This 3-hectare city precinct in 6&8 Paramatta Square is 55 storeys tall and 243 metres high combined, the interconnected towers will comprise 124,000 square metres of premium A-grade office space, making it the largest commercial building in Australia by NLA and the second tallest office tower in NSW.

SEDA Services has recently been awarded the contract to provide building facilities, preventative maintenance, service repairs, and essential services testing annual certification on this exciting new facility.
