The Redevelopment of Ground Floor of Roselands Shopping Centre involved a major extension & refurbishment of 8,600sqm of new/refurbished/remixed speciality tenancies, 3,700sqm of refurbished mall space, reconfiguration of loading docks, a new 3,813sqm Woolworths Supermarket tenancy & a new smoke exhaust systems to the ground floor.

This project was a large D&C project in which SEDA Services were involved with the full design, coordination and construction of the mechanical ventilation systems and air-conditioning systems.
