Gosford Health and Wellbeing Precinct consisted of two PCA A-Grade commercial office buildings sitting over a level of retail and a six-level carpark on a slopping site in Gosford, NSW. The project comprised of Level 7 carpark, Level 6 retail and end of trip facilities. This was also to coincide with the fit out of the clinical school for the University of Newcastle.
This building was designed to achieve 4.5 star NABERS Energy rating, another sustainable solution for our valued customer.
